How long to get started?

Plan 2 to 4 weeks between quote acceptance and first delivery — time to customize and embroider the pieces. From there, the weekly rotation runs without interruption.

What happens if a uniform is damaged or lost?

Pieces worn through normal use are replaced inside the program. Losses or accidental damage are billed at cost, with no hidden margin. Everything is documented at each delivery.
